Any such payment by the Company shall be treated as a distribution to the appropriate Member for capital account purposes, and any such amount paid to the Company or such subsidiary by a Member in connection with a default of its payment obligations under its respective Designated Sublease Agreements, or to the extent of a set-off applied pursuant to Section 14.04 as a result of such default, shall be treated as a capital contribution to the Company.
