Sublease Commencement Date definition

Sublease Commencement Date is defined in Section 2(a) of the Sublease, a definition which the parties hereby incorporate herein by reference.
Sublease Commencement Date means September 1, 2000.
Sublease Commencement Date means the date on which Sublease Substantial Completion occurs. The projected Sublease Commencement Date is September 1, 2014.

  • Sublandlord will deliver the Subleased Premises, and Subtenant will accept the Subleased Premises, in an “as-is” condition on the Sublease Commencement Date (defined below) without any representation or warranty by Sublandlord.

  • If for any reason the Sublease Commencement Date has not occurred on or before November 10, 2019, Subtenant shall receive an abatement of Monthly Base Rent of one (1) day of Monthly Base Rent for each day in the period commencing on November 10, 2019 and ending on the Sublease Commencement Date (“Monthly Base Rent Abatement”).


More Definitions of Sublease Commencement Date

Sublease Commencement Date means March 17, 2009 (the “Anticipated Sublease Commencement Date,” which date shall be subject to extension in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.2(d) hereof) or such earlier date (the “Accelerated Sublease Commencement Date”) as Sublandlord may elect by written notice (the “Sublease Commencement Date Acceleration Notice”) given to Subtenant not less than thirty (30) days prior to such Accelerated Sublease Commencement Date, provided, however, that the Accelerated Sublease Commencement Date shall not occur earlier than January 1, 2009. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, if for any reason whatsoever, Sublandlord shall be unable to deliver possession of the Premises to Subtenant on or before the Anticipated Sublease Commencement Date or any Accelerated Sublease Commencement Date (as the case may be), subject to Subtenant’s remedies with respect to such late delivery as expressly set forth in this Sublease, the term of the Sublease shall commence on, and the Sublease Commencement Date shall be, the date on which Sublandlord actually delivers possession of the Premises to Subtenant in accordance with the terms of this Sublease. The date upon which Sublandlord actually delivers possession of the entire Premises to Subtenant in accordance with the terms of this Sublease is hereinafter called the “Actual Sublease Commencement Date”. Sublandlord and Subtenant shall, at the request of either party, execute, acknowledge and deliver to each other an instrument substantially in the form of Exhibit B annexed hereto (a “Sublease Commencement Date Agreement”) confirming the Actual Sublease Commencement Date; provided, however, that the failure of either party to request or to execute, acknowledge and deliver such instrument shall have no effect whatsoever on the occurrence of the Actual Sublease Commencement Date.
Sublease Commencement Date and “STD” means “Sublease Termination Date”):
Sublease Commencement Date. The Date Tenant delivers possession of the Sublease Premises to Subtenant after approval of this Sublease by Landlord but not earlier than May 1, 2000. Expiration Date: December 21, 2000 unless sooner terminated or extended as provided in the Master Lease and this Sublease.
Sublease Commencement Date and "Sublease Term" and all derivatives thereof, and all references in the Lease to "subletting", "sublease" and "sublessee" are hereby revised to read: "Subsubletting", "Subsublease" and "Subsublessee", respectively; further provided, however, that the following sections of the Master Lease, as incorporated in this Sublease, are hereby revised as follows: (i) in Section 3.01, Section 3.03(c), Section 4.01, the first instance in the last sentence of Section 4.02, Section 4.03, Section 4.04, Section 4.05, Section 4.06, Section 5.02, Section 5.03, Section 6.01, Section 9.09, except in the last sentence thereof, Section 10.02, the first instance in the first sentence of Section 11.01, Section 11.06(d), Section 11.06(j), the last sentence of Section 14.01, Section 14.05, Section 15.02, Section 15.03, Section 21.03, Section 21.04, Section 21.07, the first paragraph of Section 29.01, Section 36 and Section 44.01, all references therein to "Landlord" are hereby
Sublease Commencement Date. The first date on which Sublessee and Sublessor have both executed this Sublease and Master Lessor has executed the acknowledgment hereto. For the avoidance of doubt, Sublessee shall first transmit to Sublessor its executed signature page hereto, together with the Security Deposit and a certificate reflecting Sublessee has obtained and is maintaining the required insurance coverages in the appropriate amounts required hereunder. On the same or next Business Day of receipt, Sublessor shall countersign this Sublease and transmit to Master Lessor for its signature. This Sublease shall be of no further force and effect in the event the Sublease Commencement Date has not occurred prior to February 5, 2021 (or such later date to which Sublessor and Sublessee consent in writing, which written consent shall not be deemed an amendment hereto).
Sublease Commencement Date means the date all or any portion of the Equipment is initially accepted under the Sublease by the Sublessee.
Sublease Commencement Date means February 1, 2004 or the date of final Landlord consent, subject to receipt of Landlord’s consent to this Sublease. Subtenant agrees to execute any consent reasonably proposed by Landlord and to otherwise fully cooperate with any reasonable requests of Landlord in connection with obtaining its consent; provided however, Subtenant shall not be required to amend the terms and conditions of this Sublease as a requirement to obtain such consent. Sublandlord shall give Subtenant prompt notice of the Sublease Commencement Date.
