Subleased Premises definition

Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

Subleased Premises means such portions of the Leased Premises being particularly identified on Schedule B, which the parties agree, for the purposes of this Sublease and any square footage calculations pursuant hereto, is approximately 42,244 square feet of office (21,068 square feet on the third floor and 21,176 square feet on the seventh floor) and approximately 9.4312% of common space (building rentable area is 447,917 square feet).

Subleased Premises means approximately -18;961 rentable square feet on the 141h floor of the Building, as more specifically depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Subleased Premises include all of the Leased Premises identified in the Prime Lease.

Examples of Subleased Premises in a sentence

• Sublandlord hereby subleases to Subtenant and Subtenant hereby subleases from Sublandlord for the term, at the rental, and upon all of the conditions set forth herein, the Subleased Premises.

• Subtenant acknowledges that Sublandlord has afforded Subtenant the opportunity for full and complete investigations, examinations and inspections of the Subleased Premises and the common areas of the Building.

• No holdover by Subtenant or payment by Subtenant after the expiration or early termination of this Sublease shall be construed to extend the Term or prevent Sublandlord from immediate recovery of possession of the Subleased Premises by summary proceedings or otherwise.

• If Subtenant fails to surrender the Subleased Premises at the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, occupancy of the Subleased Premises after the termination or expiration shall be that of a tenancy at sufferance.

• In making and executing this Sublease, Subtenant has relied solely on such investigations, examinations and inspections as Subtenant has chosen to make or has made and has not relied on any representation or warranty concerning the Subleased Premises or the Building, except as expressly set forth in this Sublease.

More Definitions of Subleased Premises

Subleased Premises means [a portion of] Suite[s] on the floor[s] of the office building located at , consisting of approximately square feet and shown on the attached Exhibit C.

Subleased Premises means the following portions of the Hangar: (a) the office area, consisting of approximately 1,000 square feet, as shown on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit “C” and made a part hereof (the “Office Area”); and (b) the hangar and shop areas, consisting of approximately 13,750 square feet, as shown on Exhibit “C” (collectively the “Hangar Area”).

Subleased Premises shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the third (3rd) recital above. The Subleased Premises shall not include any rights in or to the roof or exterior of the Building or the land lying beneath the Subleased Premises.

Subleased Premises means any portion of the Premises subleased under a Sublease. "Subleasehold Estate" means a Subtenant’s subleasehold estate, and all of the Subtenant’s rights and privileges under the Sublease, upon and subject to all the terms and conditions of the Sublease.

Subleased Premises. Sublease Commencement Date", "Sublease Expiration Date" and "Sublease Term"; further provided, however, that while it is not practical in this Sublease to allocate between Sublessor and Sublessee, the specific obligations of Sublessor, as tenant, and Master Landlord, as landlord, under the provisions of the Master Lease, Sublessor and Sublessee hereby agree: (i) Sublessor shall have no obligation or responsibility to observe or perform those covenants or undertakings of the Master Landlord which by their nature are the obligations of the owner of the Building, including, without limitation any obligation to provide services, make repairs or maintain insurance, and Sublessee shall seek such observance and performance and obtain such services solely from the Master Landlord; (ii) Sublessee shall direct its performance of all responsibilities and obligations of the tenant under the Master Lease under all of the provisions of the Master Lease incorporated herein, both to Sublessor and the Master Landlord; (iii) nothing herein shall create or be deemed to create any privity of contract or privity of estate between Master Landlord and Sublessee; notwithstanding the provisions of the Master Lease incorporated herein, Master Landlord shall not have or be deemed to have any responsibilities or obligations to Sublessee; (iv) to the extent Sublessor shall have the right to terminate the Master Lease under any provisions of the Master Lease, Sublessor shall have the right to do so without the consent or approval of Sublessee, provided (A) Sublessor shall notify Sublessee of such election in writing within thirty (30) days of exercising such termination right; and (B) allow Sublessee thirty (30) days from its receipt of such notice to vacate the Subleased Premises; (v) to the extent incorporated into this Sublease, Sublessee shall perform each and every of the obligations of the Sublessor, as the tenant under the Master Lease; (vi) notwithstanding any other provision of this Sublease, Sublessor, as sublessor under this Sublease, shall have the benefit of all rights, remedies and limitations of liability enjoyed by Master Landlord, as the landlord under the Master Lease, but, notwithstanding the incorporation of certain of the terms, covenants and conditions of the Master Lease as provided above, (A) Sublessor shall not be bound by any representations or warranties of the Master Landlord under the Master Lease; (B) in any instance where the consent of Master Landlord is...

Subleased Premises. The area Subleased by Sublessee within the Wal-Mart Store (the “Store”) as described on the Attachment A for each location.
