Sublicensee definition

Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.
Sublicensee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
Sublicensee means any person or entity granted a Sublicense.

  • Artiva shall provide GCLC with a copy of any sublicense agreement entered into with a Sublicensee, and any amendment thereto, within [***] days of its execution (provided that Artiva may redact any confidential information contained therein that is not necessary to disclose to ensure compliance with this Agreement).
