Subordinate Noteholder definition

Subordinate Noteholder means each Noteholder of a B Note.

Subordinate Noteholder means each of the Note B-1 Holder and the Note B-2 Holder.

• No Subordinate Noteholder shall be required, in order to effect a cure hereunder, to pay any default interest or late charges under the Mortgage Loan Documents.
