Subordinate Strip Amount definition
Subordinate Strip Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Distribution Date in September 2004 to and including the Distribution Date in November 2007, the product of (a) one-twelfth of 0.0480% and (b) the applicable Yield Maintenance Agreement Notional Amount for that Distribution Date and the Subordinate Yield Maintenance Agreement, and after the Distribution Date in November 2007, zero.
Subordinate Strip Amount means, with respect to the Subordinate Yield Maintenance Agreement and any Distribution Date on or after the Distribution Date in August 2005 to and including the Distribution Date in January 2008, the product of approximately 0.0444% per annum, the related Scheduled Notional Amount (as defined below under “The Yield Maintenance Agreements”) for that Distribution Date and a payment factor of 100 and after the Distribution Date in January 2008, zero.
Subordinate Strip Amount means, with respect to the Subordinate Yield Maintenance Agreement and any Distribution Date on or after the Distribution Date in July 2005 to and including the Distribution Date in December 2007, the product of approximately 0.048% per annum, the related Scheduled Notional Amount (as defined below under “The Yield Maintenance Agreements”) for that Distribution Date and a payment factor of 100, and after the Distribution Date in December 2007, zero.
