Subordinated Bonds definition

Subordinated Bonds means any bonds or indebtedness of the District that have a lien, charge, pledge or encumbrance on the Net Taxes junior and subordinated to the lien, charge, pledge and encumbrance thereon for the Bonds and any Parity Bonds.
Subordinated Bonds means bonds or indebtedness issued or incurred pursuant to Section 206A and shall also mean any Subordinated Parity Bond Anticipation Notes and any Parity Reimbursement Obligation incurred with respect to Subordinated Bonds.
Subordinated Bonds means Bonds which are purchased by or at the direction of Borrower with the consent of the Permanent Lender pursuant to Section 2.9(9) hereof.
