Subordinated Creditor definition

Subordinated Creditor means any creditor of Tenant which is a party to a Subordination Agreement in favor of Landlord.
Subordinated Creditor has the meaning specified therefor in the Preamble hereto.
Subordinated Creditor means each Person now or in the future who agrees to subordinate indebtedness of the Borrower held by that Person to the payment of the Obligations.

More Definitions of Subordinated Creditor

Subordinated Creditor means any Restricted Person who has, at any relevant time, entered into a Pledge of Subordinated Shareholder Loans and the Security Deed or a Security Provider’s Deed of Accession.
