Subordinated Indebtedness definition

Subordinated Indebtedness means any Indebtedness of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary the payment of which is subordinated to payment of the obligations under the Loan Documents.
Subordinated Indebtedness means Indebtedness of the Company or a Guarantor subordinated in right of payment to the Notes or a Guarantee, as the case may be.
Subordinated Indebtedness of a Person means any Indebtedness of such Person the payment of which is subordinated to payment of the Secured Obligations to the written satisfaction of the Administrative Agent.
