Subordinated Indenture definition

Subordinated Indenture means the Subordinated Note Indenture, dated as of ________ __, 19__, between the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee, as supplemented by the Supplemental Indenture.

Subordinated Indenture means this instrument as originally executed, or as it may from time to time be supplemented, modified or amended, as provided herein, and shall include the form and terms of particular series of Subordinated Securities established in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2.03 and 2.04.

Subordinated Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of __________, 1995, between the Depositor and the Debenture Trustee, as trustee, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

• For all purposes of this Subordinated Indenture, unless the context otherwise requires, all provisions relating to the redemption of Subordinated Securities of any series shall relate, in the case of any Subordinated Security redeemed or to be redeemed only in part, to the portion of the principal amount of such Subordinated Security which has been or is to be redeemed.
