Subordinated Notes Claim definition

Subordinated Notes Claim means any Claim arising from or relating to the Subordinated Notes, excluding the fees and expenses of the Subordinated Notes Indenture Trustee, which fees and expenses shall be paid pursuant to Article II.F of the Plan.

Subordinated Notes Claim means a Claim of a Subordinated Note Holder arising under or as a result of the Subordinated Notes.
