Subordinated Notes Indenture definition

Subordinated Notes Indenture means that certain Subordinated Debenture Indenture between DH (f/k/a NGC Corporation) and First National Bank of Chicago, as Debenture Trustee, dated as of May 28, 1997 (as amended, restated and supplemented through the Petition Date).

Subordinated Notes Indenture means that certain indenture for the subordinated debt securities between Delphi Corporation and Bank One Trust Company, N.A., as trustee indenture, dated as of October 28, 2003.

• Distributions to Holders of Subordinated Notes Claims shall be made to the Subordinated Notes Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the respective Holders of Subordinated Notes Claims, and shall be deemed completed when made to the Subordinated Notes Indenture Trustee.

• As of the Effective Date, the Prepetition Senior Notes and the Prepetition Senior Subordinated Notes shall be surrendered to the Prepetition Senior Notes Indenture Trustee and the Prepetition Senior Subordinated Notes Indenture Trustee, respectively, in accordance with the terms of the Prepetition Senior Notes Indenture and the Prepetition Senior Subordinated Notes Indenture.
