Subordinated Party definition

Subordinated Party means the Owner Participant in its capacity as lender under the Intercompany Loan Agreement.
Subordinated Party means the Person (as defined in the Credit Agreement) that has agreed in the Designated Agreement to be bound by these Terms of Subordination, together with its successors and assigns.
Subordinated Party means any Loan Party in its capacity as lender under an Intercompany Loan Agreement.
