Subordinated Securities definition

Subordinated Securities means Securities that by the terms established pursuant to Section 2.02(i) are subordinated in right of payment to Senior Debt of the Company.
Subordinated Securities means Securities that by the terms established pursuant to Subsection 2.3(9) are subordinated in right of payment to Senior Indebtedness of the Issuer.
Subordinated Securities means Securities that by the terms established pursuant to Subsection 301(10) are subordinate to any specified debt of the Company.

  • The Senior Subordinated Securities are issuable only in registered form without coupons in minimum denominations of $1,000.00 and integral multiples of $1,000.00 in excess thereof.
