Subordinated Securities definition

Subordinated Securities means Securities that by the terms established pursuant to Subsection 2.3(9) are subordinated in right of payment to Senior Indebtedness of the Issuer.
Subordinated Securities means Securities that by the terms established pursuant to Subsection 301(10) are subordinate to any specified debt of the Company.
Subordinated Securities means Securities that by the terms established pursuant to Section 2.02(i) are subordinated in right of payment to Senior Debt of the Company.

  • Senior Securities are unsubordinated, shall rank equally and pari passu with all of the Company’s Senior Indebtedness and senior to all Subordinated Securities.

Subordinated Securities means any Security or Securities designated pursuant to Section 301 as a Subordinated Security.
