Subscription Charges definition

Subscription Charges means all charges associated with Your access to and use of an Account.
Subscription Charges means fees payable by you for your use of (a) the Services, as specifically set forth in your Order Form, (b) the API, or (c) any add-on features or Services requested by you from time to time.
Subscription Charges means the rates, fees, charges, etc. applicable for Subscribed Services(including without limitation activation or installation fees, usage charges, deposits, advances; and applicable taxes, levies, etc.). As specified in the CAF and any other amount required to be paid by the Subscriber(s) to DEN Broadband.

Examples of Subscription Charges in a sentence

  • For Services sold under a Named User License, the Subscription Charges shall be invoiced in advance and usage fees will be invoiced in arrears.

  • Except for the Effective Date's month Subscription Charge, all Subscription Charges are billed monthly in advance and non refundable, and audio minutes not included in subscription plans are billed in arrears.

  • If you pay us the fee of no more than each of the Monthly Subscription Charges up to the end of that Minimum Period in a single payment, we may reduce the amount due by a rate determined by us.

  • If You choose to upgrade Your Service Plan or increase the number of Agents authorized to access and use a Service during Your Subscription Term, any incremental Subscription Charges associated with such upgrade will be charged in accordance with the remaining Subscription Term.

  • We will notify You if We do not receive payment towards the Subscription Charges within the due date for Your Account.


More Definitions of Subscription Charges

Subscription Charges means DBS charges for providing the GearWatch Service in respect of any Subscription Period.
Subscription Charges means dollar amounts due and payable to Front by Customer under this Agreement as compensation for Customer’s use of the Services.
