Subscription Letter definition

Subscription Letter means a letter substantially in the form set out in Schedule 13 (Subscription Letter) to be entered into by certain Participating Stakeholders other than IC.

More Definitions of Subscription Letter

Subscription Letter means the letter headed “Subscription Letter” and sent by Licensor to the prospective User in response to an application to use the Trademarks made by such prospective User.
