Subscription Services definition

Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

Subscription Services mean fee-bearing subscriptions for Services provided for a defined period of time, as defined in the applicable Appendix and as specified in an Order Form.

Subscription Services means the hosting of SAP Business Cloud by Partner for End Users in Partner’s Data Centre(s) and provision of remote access (via internet or private network) in conjunction with management and operation of SAP Business One Cloud by Partner for End Users.

• No purchase of third-party products or services is required to use the Subscription Services.

• User subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Subscription Services.

• You agree to pay within 30 days of written notice any fees applicable to Your use of the Subscription Services in excess of Your rights under this Agreement.

• If You install or enable Third-Party Applications for use with Subscription Services, You acknowledge that We may allow providers of those Third-Party Applications to access Your Data as required for the interoperation of such Third-Party Applications with the Subscription Services.

• Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BusinessOptix hereby grants to Licensee the right to use the Software (as defined in the Order Form) through use of Subscription Services (defined in the Order Form) solely for the internal business use of Licensee, and not for resale, redistribution or use in operating a service bureau or otherwise providing business process management services to any third party.

More Definitions of Subscription Services

Subscription Services means Red Hat offerings consisting of Software Access, Software Maintenance, Support and/or any other services associated with and during the term of a Subscription.

Subscription Services means, collectively, the Software, Cloud Service, Support, Learning Services, and any other subscription services ordered by Customer on an Order Form.
