Subscription Start Date means the date that the Customer is notified (via email) by Abavus that the Service is ready for use by the Customer and Instances for Users have been created pursuant a Purchase Authorisation Schedule.

More Definitions of Subscription Start Date

Subscription Start Date means the date on which the Services shall be activated and is indicated on the Sales Order.

Subscription Start Date means the first day when: (a) the CBT has been provisioned and is available for access by Authorized Users if Licensee will be accessing and using the CBT Hosted Service; or (b) the date when a digital copy of the CBT is available for download by Licensee, if Licensee will be installing the CBT on Licensee computer systems.
