Subsequent Acquisition definition

Subsequent Acquisition means any acquisition, closing after the Closing Date, of the equity interests or assets of one or more business entities.

Subsequent Acquisition shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.2(b)(iii) hereof.

Subsequent Acquisition means any acquisition permitted under Section 8.05(b)(iv) hereof (including, without limitation, the Scheduled Acquisitions).
