Subsequent Capital Contribution definition

Subsequent Capital Contribution means any Capital Contribution subsequent to a Member’s initial Capital Contribution.
Subsequent Capital Contribution means, with respect to any Member, any Capital Contribution made by such Member after such Member’s Initial Capital Contribution.
Subsequent Capital Contribution means a Capital Contribution of any Member or of all the Members, as the case may be, other than an Initial Capital Contribution.
