Administrative Agent shall have received, in the event Real Property is being acquired with the proceeds of the Loans being advanced on such Subsequent Funding Date, each of the items to be delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(p) with respect to such Real Property.
All of the representations and warranties in the Information Certificate are true and accurate on the Signing Date and will continue to be true and accurate on the Initial Funding Date and on each Subsequent Funding Date.

The Commitment shall be permanently reduced by the amount of each Loan made on the Closing Date and on each Subsequent Funding Date thereafter.
