Subsequent Investment definition

Subsequent Investment means those investments which the Trust is permitted to make pursuant to the Trust Indenture;

Subsequent Investment means any of the investments which the Trust may make pursuant to Subsections 4.1(b), (c) or (f);

Subsequent Investment means a real estate investment made by the Company after it has acquired the Initial Investments.

Subsequent Investment means those investments which we are permitted to make pursuant to the Trust Indenture, namely royalties in respect of properties and securities of AOG or any other subsidiary of the Trust to fund the acquisition, development, exploitation and disposition of all types of petroleum and natural gas and energy related assets, including without limitation, facilities of any kind, oil sands interests, coal, electricity or power generating assets, and pipeline, gathering, processing and transportation assets and whether effected through an acquisition of assets or an acquisition of shares or other form of ownership interest in any entity the substantial majority of the assets of which are comprised of like assets;

Subsequent Investment means any of the investments which the Trust may make pursuant to Subsection 4.1(b)-4.1(f));

Subsequent Investment means each payment made or to be made by or on behalf of the Lessor after the Delivery Date pursuant to Clause 7.7 or Schedule 10.

Subsequent Investment means any additional investment, other than the Initial Investment, in the Company made following the Transaction Closing by the Subordinated Investor or any Affiliate thereof, whether in the form of capital contributions, purchases of additional securities of any nature, loans or otherwise.
