Subsequent Period definition

Subsequent Period means a period of 36 consecutive months commencing at the expiry of the Minimum Period and renewing at the expiry of each such 36 consecutive month period;
Subsequent Period means any period starting on or after the expiry of the first period for which the authority conferred by:
Subsequent Period means the period beginning with and including the first period for which financial statements are delivered pursuant to Section 1.8(c) reflecting a change in the accounting for Not-for-Profit Universities.

Examples of Subsequent Period in a sentence

  • Any such redemption, to the extent that it exceeds the Individual Limitation for any deceased Beneficial Owner, shall not be included in the computation of the Annual Limitation for such Initial Period or such Subsequent Period, as the case may be, or for any succeeding Subsequent Period.

  • If Redemption Requests exceed the aggregate principal amount of interests in Bonds required to be redeemed during the Initial Period or during any Subsequent Period, then such excess Redemption Requests will be applied in the order received by the Trustee to successive Subsequent Periods, regardless of the number of Subsequent Periods required to redeem such interests.

  • Any such redemption, to the extent it exceeds the Annual Limitation shall not reduce the Annual Limitation for any Subsequent Period.

  • The principal amount of any Bonds acquired or redeemed by or at the direction of the Company other than by redemption at the option of any Representative of a deceased Beneficial Owner pursuant to this section shall not be included in the computation of either the Individual Limitation or the Annual Limitation for the Initial Period or for any Subsequent Period.

  • The Company may, at its option, redeem (or cause to be redeemed) interests of deceased Beneficial Owners in the Bonds, in the Initial Period or any Subsequent Period in an aggregate principal amount exceeding the Annual Limitation.


More Definitions of Subsequent Period

Subsequent Period means the period from 1st April immediately following the Charging Year in which the reference is made until 31st March 2010, unless the reference is made after 1st January 2009, in which case the Subsequent Period means the period from 1st April immediately following the Charging Year in which the reference is made until 31st March 2013; and
Subsequent Period means the period of time beginning on the seven month anniversary of the Effective Time and ending on the one year anniversary of the Effective Time.
Subsequent Period shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.01(c).
Subsequent Period means, with respect to any Qualifying Product, the period beginning on the date that the Initial Period for such Qualifying Product ends and ending on the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Subsequent Period has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.03(a).
Subsequent Period means a further period or periods of the same duration as the Initial Period and applies where the Initial Period is automatically extended in accordance with the provisions of condition 9.2
Subsequent Period means the 360-day period (as may be extended from time to time pursuant to Section 2.01(e)) following the expiration of the Initial Period.
