Subservicing Fee Rate definition

Subservicing Fee Rate. The per annum rate designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "SUBSERV FEE".

Subservicing Fee Rate. For any date of determination, ____% per annum.

Subservicing Fee Rate. With respect to each Home Loan, the amount payable to the related Subservicer, equal to 0.50% per annum.

• With respect to the 00 Xxxx 00xx Xxxxxx mortgage loan, from and after the related Servicing Shift Date, the Subservicing Fee Rate shall be 0.00000%, the Primary Servicing Fee Rate shall be 0.00000%, the Outside Servicing Fee Rate shall be 0.00250%, the Serviced Companion Loan Servicing Fee Rate shall be 0.00000%, and such Mortgage Loan will no longer be part of a Serviced Whole Loan.

• SERVICING FEE RATE: With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the sum of the related Master Servicing Fee Rate and the Subservicing Fee Rate.

Subservicing Fee Rate. With respect to each Home Equity Loan, 0.50% per annum.
