Subsidiary Guarantee Agreement definition

Subsidiary Guarantee Agreement means a Subsidiary Guarantee Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B, and all supplements thereto made by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders.
Subsidiary Guarantee Agreement means the Subsidiary Guarantee Agreement dated as of the Closing Date as may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, between each Subsidiary Loan Party and the Collateral Agent.
Subsidiary Guarantee Agreement means the Subsidiary Guarantee Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit D, made by the Subsidiary Loan Parties in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders.
