Neither the Administrative Agent nor any Lender shall have any obligation to protect, secure, perfect or insure any Lien at any time held by it as security for the Subsidiary Obligations or for this Guarantee.
The Company waives promptness, diligence, presentment to, demand of payment from and protest to the Borrowing Subsidiaries of any Borrowing Subsidiary Obligations, and also waives notice of acceptance of its obligations and notice of protest for nonpayment.
The Company further agrees that the Borrowing Subsidiary Obligations may be extended and renewed, in whole or in part, without notice to or further assent from it, and that it will remain bound upon its agreement hereunder notwithstanding any extension or renewal of any Borrowing Subsidiary Obligation.
