Subsidiary Security Agreement definition

Subsidiary Security Agreement means, collectively, each Security Agreement executed and delivered by any Subsidiary in favor of the Lender pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit L, in each case, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Subsidiary Security Agreement means the Security Agreement executed and delivered by an Authorized Officer of each Subsidiary of the Borrower that is not a Foreign Subsidiary pursuant to Section 7.1.7, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-3 hereto, as amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Subsidiary Security Agreement means a security agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit I hereto by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Collateral Agent.

Subsidiary Security Agreement means the Subsidiary Security Agreement executed and delivered by existing Subsidiary Guarantors and Administrative Agent on the Closing Date and to be executed and delivered by any additional Subsidiary Guarantors from time to time thereafter in accordance with subsection 6.8, substantially in the form of Exhibit XVII annexed hereto, as such Subsidiary Security Agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Subsidiary Security Agreement means each Subsidiary Security Agreement executed and delivered by any Subsidiary Guarantor other than the Intermediate Holding Companies from time to time thereafter in accordance with subsection 6.13, in each case substantially in the form of Exhibit VIII annexed hereto, as such Subsidiary Security Agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and "Subsidiary Security Agreements" means all such Subsidiary Security Agreements, collectively.
