Substantial Contribution Claim definition

Substantial Contribution Claim means a Claim under subsections 503(b)(3), (b)(4) or (b)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code for compensation or reimbursement of expenses incurred in making a substantial contribution in the Chapter 11 Cases.
Substantial Contribution Claim means a claim for compensation or reimbursement of expenses incurred in making a substantial contribution in the Chapter 11 Case pursuant to section 503(b)(3),(4), or (5) of the Bankruptcy Code.
