Substantiation definition

Substantiation means a finding by a preponderance of the evidence that abuse or neglect has occurred.
Substantiation means the written statement, explanation of benefits, itemized receipt, or bill from the health care provider that provides supporting details of the expense incurred and the amount.
Substantiation means information which a claimant submits to the Department in support of a confidentiality claim pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:1E-8.3.
