Substituted Collateral Obligation definition

Substituted Collateral Obligation means, with respect to any Collection Period, any Warranty Collateral Obligation with respect to which the Equityholder has substituted in a replacement Eligible Collateral Obligation pursuant to Section 7.11 and the Sale Agreement.
Substituted Collateral Obligation means, with respect to any CollectionAccrual Period, any Warranty Collateral Obligation with respect to which the Equityholder has substituted in a Substitute Eligible Collateral Obligation pursuant to Section 9.35 and the Sale Agreement.
Substituted Collateral Obligation means, with respect to any Collection Period, any Warranty Collateral Obligation with respect to which the Equityholder has substituted in a replacement Eligible Collateral Obligation pursuant to Section 6.1 of the Sale Agreement or any Collateral Obligation substituted by the Equityholder pursuant to Section 6.2 of the Sale Agreement.
