Subvendor definition

Subvendor means an individual, firm, partnership or corporation having a direct contract with the Vendor or another Subvendor to perform a part or parts of the Work.
Subvendor means an individual, firm, partnership, corporation or design professional having a direct contract with the Vendor or another Subvendor to perform a part or parts of the Work as identified in the Submission or as otherwise identified in a request to add a new Subvendor.
