Successful Remarketing definition

Successful Remarketing means a Successful Early Remarketing or a Successful Final Remarketing.
Successful Remarketing means, as applicable, a Successful Optional Remarketing or a Successful Final Remarketing.
Successful Remarketing has the meaning specified in the Officer’s Certificate.

Examples of Successful Remarketing in a sentence

  • In the event of a Successful Remarketing during the Final Remarketing Period, each holder of Separate Notes that elects to have its Notes remarketed shall receive its pro rata portion of the proceeds of such Successful Remarketing attributable to remarketed Separate Notes pursuant to 5.02(b)(v), which shall be, for each $1,000 principal amount of Notes, at least equal to $1,000 in Cash.

  • Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, in the event there has been a Successful Remarketing, the obligations set forth in Section 4 hereof shall survive and remain in full force and effect until all amounts payable under said Section 4 hereof shall have been paid in full.

  • In the event of a Successful Remarketing during an Optional Remarketing Period, each holder of Separate Notes that elects to have its Notes remarketed shall receive for each $1,000 principal amount of Notes, the Remarketing Price Per Series 2025B Note or the Remarketing Price Per Series 2025C Note, as applicable.

  • In the event of a Successful Remarketing of the Remarketed Notes, the Company shall pay the Remarketing Agent a remarketing fee to be agreed upon in writing by the Company and the Remarketing Agent prior to any such Remarketing (the “Remarketing Fee”).
