Successor Party definition

Successor Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.10.2(a) hereof.
Successor Party means Successor Party as defined in Section 19(a).
Successor Party has the meaning specified in Section 801(a)(1).

  • Subject to the operation of Section 9.10.2(b) below, the failure of such Successor Party to provide the requested written assurance shall be deemed to be a material breach of the Agreement.

Successor Party means KIAC, Inc., a Delaware corporation, the successful bidder for the assets of Xxxxxxxxx (as debtor-in-possession) as approved by the Bankruptcy Court and subsequently reflected in an order of such court.
