In no event shall the Indenture Trustee be liable for its appointment of a Successor Servicer.
No such resignation shall become effective until a Successor Servicer has been approved by the Kansas Commission and has assumed the servicing obligations and duties hereunder of the Servicer in accordance with Section 7.02.
As soon as a Successor Servicer is appointed, the Indenture Trustee shall notify the Issuer, the Kansas Commission, the Holders and the Rating Agencies of such appointment, specifying in such notice the name and address of such Successor Servicer.
