Successor Trustee definition

Successor Trustee means a successor Trustee possessing the qualifications to act as Trustee under Section 4.01.
Successor Trustee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.8(b) hereof.
Successor Trustee means any trustee appointed as a successor to the Trustee of the First Trust or the Trustee of the Second Trust in accordance with the terms of the First Trust Agreement or the Second Trust Agreement as applicable.

Examples of Successor Trustee in a sentence

  • Notice of any removal of the Trustee shall be given to each Rating Agency by the Successor Trustee.

  • Such court may thereupon, after prescribing such notice, if any, as it may deem proper, appoint a Successor Trustee.

More Definitions of Successor Trustee

Successor Trustee means a Trustee that has been appointed to succeed the functions and obligations of the original or initial Trustee. The term Successor Trustee includes the preceding definition and applies to each Successor Trustee.
