Suits definition

Suits or "proceedings" shall apply to all claims, actions, suit or proceedings (civil, criminal or other, including appeals), actual or threatened while in office or thereafter, and the words "liabilities" and "expenses" shall include, without limitation, attorneys' fees and expenses, costs, judgments, amounts paid in settlement, fines, penalties and other liabilities.
