Summary Plan Description definition

Summary Plan Description or "SPD" means the Flexible Benefits Plan SPD and all appendices incorporated into and made a part of the SPD that is adopted by the Employer and attached to this Plan Document as Attachment I, as amended from time to time. The SPD and appendices are incorporated hereto by reference.
Summary Plan Description means this plan document and summary plan description.
Summary Plan Description means this document, together with each Component Plan’s Benefit Information Booklet, as identified on Exhibit A.

  • The services described in the Agreement and this Exhibit will be made available to Your Participants consistent with the Summary Plan Description under which the Participant is covered.

More Definitions of Summary Plan Description

Summary Plan Description means the document that describes the terms and conditions under which the Plan operates.
Summary Plan Description means the document that describes the specific benefits under the Plan. The Summary Plan Description, as amended or as restated from time to time, shall be considered a part of the Plan, and is incorporated herein by reference.
Summary Plan Description means the written document adopted by the plan sponsor which outlines the plan of benefits, conditions, limitations, exclusions, and other pertinent details relative to the benefits provided to covered persons thereunder.
Summary Plan Description means a summary plan description as that term is used in ERISA.
