Superannuation Scheme definition

Superannuation Scheme in this subclause, shall mean a scheme other than one implemented solely for purposes of compliance with Clause 49. - Superannuation of this award, or an Order of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
Superannuation Scheme means a scheme, fund or arrangement under which any superannuation or retirement benefits are provided and which is established by or under any Act.
Superannuation Scheme means LG Super Scheme.

More Definitions of Superannuation Scheme

Superannuation Scheme means a scheme whereby provision is made for the payment or granting of benefits by a benefit fund or pension fund, as defined in section 2 of the Taxes Act;
