Superior Mortgage means any mortgage, trust indenture or other financing document which may now or hereafter affect the fee estate underlying the Premises, Landlord’s interest in any Landlord Demised Units (or any part thereof) or any Superior Lease and the leasehold interest created thereby, and all renewals, extensions, supplements, amendments, modifications, consolidations and replacements thereof or thereto, substitutions therefor, and advances made thereunder.

Superior Mortgage means a Superior Mortgage as defined in Section 20.1.

Superior Mortgage. Any mortgage, including the Mortgage, which may hereafter affect the Land, the estate created under the Ground Lease or by any other Superior Lease, or the Building and all renewals, extensions, supplements, amendments, modifications, consolidations, and replacements thereof or thereto, substitutions therefore, and advances made thereunder.

Superior Mortgage. Any mortgage or building loan agreement, including leasehold mortgages and spreader and consolidation agreements, which may now or hereafter affect the Real Property, or any part thereof, or a Superior Lease, and any renewals, modifications, replacements, substitutions and extensions thereof.

Superior Mortgage means a Superior Mortgage as defined in Section 21.1.
