Supplemental Eligibility Record Date definition

Supplemental Eligibility Record Date. The term Supplemental Eligibility Record Date means the close of business on the last day of the calendar quarter preceding the approval of the Plan by the OTS.

Supplemental Eligibility Record Date if applicable, means the date for determining Qualifying Deposits of Supplemental Eligible Account Holders and shall be required if the Eligibility Record Date is more than 15 months prior to the date of the latest amendment to the Notice of MHC Reorganization filed prior to approval of such application by the FDIC and the Department.
