Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan definition

Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan means the Cinergy Corp. Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan or any successor to that plan.

Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan means the RPM, Inc. Benefit Restoration Plan in effect on the date hereof or any successor plan that the Company makes available at any time before the Termination Date to the executives and key management employees of the Company and in which Executive is then eligible to participate.

Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan or "SERP" means the Ford Motor Company Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, as it may be amended.

Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan has the same meaning in this Agreement that it has in the SPA.
