Supplemental Interest Trust Account. The separate account created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.09(a) hereof, which shall be entitled "DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, as trustee, in trust for the Class SB Certificateholder" and which must be an Eligible Account. Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee: Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, a New York banking corporation, not in its individual capacity, but solely in its capacity as trustee of the Supplemental Interest Trust, and any successor thereto, and any corporation or national banking association resulting from or surviving any consolidation or merger to which it or its successors may be a party and any successor trustee as may from time to time be serving as successor trustee hereunder.
