Supplemental Materials definition

Supplemental Materials means any business or financial-related disclosures or information supplementing the Financial Statements made available to the holders of the Partiessecurities issued pursuant to Rule 144A of the Securities Act.
Supplemental Materials means materials published as a supplemental part of the Article, including but not limited to graphical, illustrative, video and audio material.
