Supplemental rebate definition

Supplemental rebate means a cash rebate that offsets a Kentucky Medicaid expenditure and that supplements the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services National Rebate Program.
Supplemental rebate means, with respect to the Supplemental Covered Product(s), the quarterly payment by Manufacturer pursuant to Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

In no case may the State Supplemental Rebate amount be a negative amount.
