Supplemental Well definition

Supplemental Well means a water well that that will support an existing use with no overall increase in water use. The existing source could be a shared well or other well that will be maintained as a backup source.
Supplemental Well means any water well used to supplement irrigation of lands already irrigated, regardless of source of water, and the number of irrigated acres will not increase unless granted a Written Good Cause Variance.
Supplemental Well means any well drilled and used, in addition to an original well or other diversion, for the purpose of obtaining the quantity of the original appropriation of the original well, which quantity can no longer be obtained from the original well.
