Supplementary Report definition

Supplementary Report means a report which includes: a summary of all the public comments received; and sets out how comments have been addressed through modification/s to the Plan or Strategic Assessment Report, if any, following the public comment period on the draft Strategic Assessment Report and draft Plan.
Supplementary Report means the report prepared by the Parties pursuant to clause 38H of this Agreement;
Supplementary Report means the staff report from the Commissioner of Planning and Building which recommends approval or refusal of an Official Plan Amendment and/or rezoning application.
