Supplementary Report means the report prepared by the Parties pursuant to clause 38H of this Agreement;

More Definitions of Supplementary Report

Supplementary Report means the report prepared by the Investigator(s) at the direction of the Investigation Committee pursuant to Bylaw 6.15;
