• For purposes of importing the Supplied Product into the applicable country of destination, Purchaser shall be the importer of record for the Supplied Product and shall be responsible for complying with all customs requirements and import laws of the applicable country.

For clarity, any dosage strength of any Existing Product that is approved by the FDA after the Effective Date ([***]) shall not constitute a Supplied Product unless AstraZeneca agrees to produce it under Section 8.4.
