Supplied Products definition

Supplied Products means the products (including raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, finished goods and other products and parts) described on Exhibit A and as more fully described in the Specifications for such product(s).

Supplied Products means the following Products: Illumina’s [*]instruments, and any future sequencing instruments launched by Illumina or its Affiliates, or Certain Sequencing Consumables, that are purchased by Customer for any Customer Use pursuant to the Agreement. Supplied Products do not include products that were at the “end of life” or “end of sale” or were announced (before [*]) to customers as a planned “end of life” or “end of sale”. Supplied Products are limited to products that are shipped to and used in [*]. The Supplied Products purchasable under this Agreement as of the Seventh Amendment Date are contained within Exhibit B.

Supplied Products is defined in Section 6.2(a).

Examples of Supplied Products in a sentence

• Customer will indemnify Centre against and hold it harmless from any and all liability, cost or expense arising from (a) a breach or purported breach of any agreement associated with Customer’s use of the Customer Supplied Property, or (b) Customer’s use of the Customer Supplied Products.

• Purchaser shall procure, at its cost, insurance covering damage or loss to the Supplied Products during shipping.

• Raw materials utilized by Producer in connection with the manufacturing, processing and packaging of the Supplied Products shall not be used by Producer beyond the shelf life designated in the Specifications unless otherwise specified in writing by Purchaser.

• The covenants, agreements, representations and warranties provided by this Article VIII shall not apply to any defect or non-conformity with Specifications caused by the abuse, alteration or modification of the Supplied Products by the Purchaser or any Third Party.

Supplied Products means any ingredients or products supplied to the Named Insured that are in- corporated into or sold as an Insured Product(s) at an Insured Location.
