Supplier Data definition

Supplier Data means any data provided to GBG and/or the Client by the Data Supplier or used within GBG’s products and services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including, where relevant, any Personal Data.

Supplier Data means any data in Supplier’s databases that Supplier uses in providing Services, excluding Customer Data. This definition of Supplier Data is intended to include similarly defined terms in the Agreement such as “Company Data”, “Cision Data”, or “Brandwatch Data”.

Supplier Data means all of the Seller’s supplier and vendor lists, records, telephone and fax numbers, email addresses and publications and marketing material relating to the purchase of goods or the provision of services to the Seller in connection with the Business.

Examples of Supplier Data in a sentence

• SELLER shall provide to BUYER with the number of copies of data as set forth in the Supplier Data Requirement List (“SDRL”) for the GOODS being purchased by BUYER including, but not limited to, commissioning and start- up data, operating and maintenance manuals, drawings and spare parts data, as well as listings of recommended spare parts required for a two (2) year period of operations and for start-up.

• Client must not use the Supplier Data for any other purpose such as credit screening, fraud prevention or customer verification.

• No warranty or indemnity of any kind whatsoever is given by Service Provider or VocaLink in respect of the Supplier Data and all conditions and warranties express or implied or otherwise are hereby expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

More Definitions of Supplier Data

Supplier Data means Data submitted by Client’s suppliers in the NeoSMRT Portal.

Supplier Data means data relating to the operation of the Business of Buyer in the possession or control of Buyer.

Supplier Data means: (a) information, records, documents, images or data of any kind entered into VendorPanel® by you or your employees, officers or consultants; and (b) any information, records, documents, images or data of any kind provided by you to us in connection with the Services.

Supplier Data means the data inputted by the Supplier, or otherwise on the Supplier’s behalf for the purpose of using the Services.
