Supplier IP definition

Supplier IP means all Intellectual Property Rights in the Supplier Content, the Supplier Platform and the Services and any updates or modifications thereto;

More Definitions of Supplier IP

Supplier IP means (1) Supplier’s pre-existing or independently developed IP and (2) any third- party IP with respect to which Supplier has sufficient rights to grant to Microsoft the license and sublicense rights contemplated in this Agreement.
Supplier IP means any materials or Intellectual Property Rights created by the Supplier or any of the Supplier’s Personnel prior to the date of the Purchase Order or which are otherwise owned or licensed by the Supplier as at the date of the Purchase Order;
